Meet Suheily Cruz Perez

Hi, I’m Suheily Cruz Perez, and I’m proud to serve as a bilingual loan officer with Granite Bank.

I come from a background in real estate, where I worked closely with buyers and agents. While I still hold my real estate license, I’ve shifted my focus entirely to lending because I saw a real need for consistent, caring, and purpose-driven loan officers who speak Spanish.

As a former agent, I often struggled to find Spanish-speaking loan officers who had both impeccable work ethic and a deep commitment to truly serving people. That experience inspired me to become the loan officer I wish I had when I was on the other side of the table—one who communicates clearly, follows through, and brings care and integrity to every step of the process.

My background allows me to  guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity and compassion. I’ve found my purpose and passion in hospitality. Serving others is my art, and Granite Bank has created a space where I can truly thrive.
