This experience felt inundated with a lack of transparency and communication from one area to another. It left me questioning if this company was experienced in handling construction Ioan roll over. I have been very satisfied with previous mortgage needs with Corbin. for this experience I dont necessarily feel Corbin could have provided a better result considering his hands appeared tied in whom he was required to work with on the lender side. Historically any mortgage needs have been seemless. This experience felt very disconjointed. it felt Zach was not in alignment with communication/instruction between Corbin and Myself/Husband. Hearing the lender lawyers were not understanding TX law related to converting Construction loan to Mortgage vs the title company lawyers who were in Texas and understood TX law explaining the lender side lawyers were incorrect. Then finding out when it came down to the closing, the company that our mortgage woukd be sold to were holding up the process.
