The annual recognition honors loan officers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to helping individuals and families achieve homeownership through South Dakota Housing’s affordable mortgage programs.
Beachem was one of just seven loan officers recognized across the state. Together, this year’s honorees helped originate more than $58 million in home loans, making homeownership possible for hundreds of South Dakotans.
South Dakota Housing provides mortgage financing and down payment assistance programs designed to make purchasing a home more accessible and affordable. Over the past year alone, the organization financed more than $475 million in home loans across the state, helping thousands of homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership.
Receiving this honor for a third straight year reflects Hannah’s dedication to her clients, deep knowledge of available homeownership programs, and commitment to guiding borrowers through every step of the mortgage process.
