Catie is an experienced mortgage loan officer with nearly two decades in the financial services industry. She began her finance career in 2007, serving as both a banker and branch manager before transitioning into mortgage lending in 2013. Since then, she has focused on helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity.

Specializing in residential mortgage lending, Catie provides expert guidance in loan origination, borrower qualification, credit analysis, and mortgage product selection. Known for her problem-solving mindset, she enjoys helping clients overcome unique challenges and finding the right financing solutions to achieve their homeownership goals, whether that’s purchasing a first home, vacation property, or investment property. She is NMLS certified and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Mass Communications from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

Outside of work, Catie enjoys cooking, smoking meats, baking sourdough bread, hiking, snowmobiling, and mushroom foraging. She is an active member of Wood City BNI and is preparing to serve on the board of REACH. She deeply values family and the relationships she has built throughout her life. She and her husband have been married for 17 years, and their story dates back to meeting in first grade before reconnecting years later.
