Meet Eli Cooper

Hello, my name is Eli Cooper and have been providing expert mortgage guidance for over 20 years in wholesale and retail environments.   I reside in Coastal South Carolina but lend in all 50 states.  I enjoy time with my better half and our two dogs that are our children.   In my free time I like to think I am an avid coastal fisherman and enjoy traveling to new places.  

I started my mortgage career in 2004 in Charlote, NC as a wholesale account executive, later turning into a regional sales manager promoting mostly non-prime mortgages and working on challenging loan scenarios.   After the 2008 crash, I ventured into working directly with the public as a loan officer and never looked back.   A lot has changed through the years, but what I pride myself on has not and will never change which is excellent communication and service.   I have earned the trust of over 1,000 homeowners throughout the years and funded over a half of a billion dollars in retail lending.   During this time, I have achieved many sales and service awards.    I pride myself the most for my high pre-approval to funding ratio which I credit to surrounding myself with some of the best peers in the lending industry.
