Meet Jen Axtell

I started my career in retail banking 18 years ago. I began as a teller and progressed through various roles until I became a branch manager. During that time, I gained invaluable experience in customer service, financial management, and team leadership.

However, after 13 fulfilling years as a branch manager, I felt a calling to embark on a new journey. I decided to transition into mortgage banking, drawn by the opportunity to play a pivotal role in making people’s dreams of homeownership a reality. My passion lies in guiding individuals through the intricate process of purchasing a home, whether they’re first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners looking to renovate or explore construction financing. I thrive on providing comprehensive support and expertise, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client. Building lifelong relationships founded on trust and dedication is at the core of my approach.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my wonderful family – my three amazing boys, my fiancé, and his three equally amazing boys. Together, we indulge in our shared love for travel, spending time out on the water in our boat, and cherishing moments together as a family.
