A seasoned mortgage professional since 1996, Tim’s journey into home financing began after a successful run as a general manager in the high-end fitness industry. When a close friend from UW-Eau Claire introduced him to the world of mortgage lending, he made a bold leap—selling his home in Green Bay and relocating to Minneapolis to start a new chapter.
Tim has since worked in every corner of the mortgage business—from owning a mortgage company to roles in processing, underwriting, and compliance. His deep industry knowledge and practical mindset give his clients a transparent, straightforward experience that’s focused on clarity, affordability, and long-term financial comfort.
Known for his availability (yes, he really works 7 days a week), Tim ensures his clients understand every detail of their loan—no fluff, just the facts. Outside of work, Tim trains in his home gym, hangs with his dogs and close-knit adoptive family, and enjoys downtime at favorite local spots like Fireside Foundry and the Pool & Yacht Club. A longtime advocate for veterans, Tim previously dedicated years to nonprofit work supporting service members and still carries that passion in his heart.
